ComCare Assistance for those Permanently Unable to Work


Are you unable to work due to old age, illness or disability? And you can't get help from family members? Get cash grants, medical assistance and education assistance under ComCare.

Home Ownership Plus Education (HOPE) Scheme


Provides comprehensive benefits to young, low-income families who choose to keep their family small so they can invest in their children's future and break out of the poverty cycle.

Government-Paid Child Care Leave Scheme


Under this scheme, parents can take up to 6 days of paid childcare leave every year until their children turn 7 years old.

ComCare Student Care Fees Assistance


If you need to put your child in a student care centre but cannot afford the fees, you may apply for help under ComCare. Student Care fees assistance is also available to children with disabilities in Special Student Care Centres.
