Government-Paid Maternity Benefit Scheme


Working mothers who do not qualify for the Government-Paid Maternity Leave Scheme can benefit from this scheme.

Government-Paid Shared Parental Leave


To further encourage and support shared responsibility between parents, maternity leave can now be shared with working fathers.

Government-Paid Paternity Leave Scheme


To encourage and support shared responsibility between parents, working fathers can take paternity leave to accompany his spouse and help care for the new born.

Child Care / Infant Care Subsidy


The child care and infant care subsidy is to help parents to defray some of the cost of child care fees and to ensure affordability and accessibility of child care services to all that require the services.

Foreign Domestic Worker Grant


The monthly Foreign Domestic Worker Grant of $120 will apply to households with a per capita monthly income of up to $2,200, and employ a FDW to look after an elderly who cannot perform 3 or more Activities of Daily Living or has severe dementia.

ComCare Enterprise Fund (CEF)


The ComCare Enterprise Fund (CEF) supports new and existing social enterprises in training and/or hiring those who might need help in becoming self-reliant.

ComCare Student Care Fees Assistance


If you need to put your child in a student care centre but cannot afford the fees, you may apply for help under ComCare. Student Care fees assistance is also available to children with disabilities in Special Student Care Centres.

ComCare Kindergarten Fees Assistance


If you want to place your child in a nursery or kindergarten programme, but cannot afford the fees, you may apply for help under Comcare. Kindergarten Fees Assistance is available at eligible non-profit kindergartens.

ComCare Child Care Fees Assistance


If you need to place your child in a child care centre but have difficulties paying the fees, you may apply for help under ComCare.
